As we constantly strive to bring your favorite fragrances, here is a tiny rule-book we follow to ensure the best customer service in our shipping of products and delivery on time!

Also, as you place an order and you trust us, we would love you to know that you abide by the following with love.

General

All online shipping is subjected to stock availability. We at Smile Perfumes are constantly trying to keep all your favorites available all the time, but at moments we are challenged by external circumstances, the product might be notified as ‘out of the stock product’. We apologize for the same, and kindly come back to check if it’s restocked! Or any time, our team if contacted can let you know any whereabouts regarding the availability. You can also send your inquiry to info@smileperfumes.com and we will check the availability for you.

When do we ship and deliver?

When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays in UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.

Where do we ship and deliver?

We apologize that our current delivery is to UAE and the Middle East (Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, KSA, Kuwait). In the future, we will expand our services worldwide. We will notify you once we update our policy

Do we charge for delivery?

For UAE orders only, any purchase of AED 300 and above, your delivery will cost no penny at all. It will be done free of cost and on time except in remote areas where our team might find it hard to reach.

Note: no free shipping is available for the Middle East (Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, KSA, Kuwait)  except UAE if the order amount will be more than or equal to AED 300.

What are COD CHARGES?

The COD option is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates and when expanded to other countries, we will be pleased to inform you. COD charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable to COD orders for handling. 

 HOW DOES THE RETURN FEATURE WORK?

We are happy to take back any of the products you ordered in case of any misplacing so you can send your request to info@smileperfumes.com. For any damaged or defective piece, we apologize that the refund is going to be impossible. We will update you via email about how to get your money refunded back.

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery.
  • The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used.
  • Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Smile Perfumes Refund Policy

Though our online delivery is available across Middle East countries at the moment, in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, returns and refunds will be restricted to the UAE. When the service is expanded, we will be more than pleased to let you know.

 If you return the item that you received as defective, damaged, or incorrect you will be refunded the full amount.
